SPECIAL WINTER OFFER IN THE HEART OF VENICE

Dear guests,

Also for this Winter 2008, we are pleased to propose you our special winter:

- Standard double room with private bathroom and air conditioning at the rate of 35,00 euro per person, breakfast, taxes and service included.

SALES REMARKS:

- During this period we require a minimum of 2 nights stay for the week-ends.

- From sunday to thursday we require a minimum of 3 nights stay. 

- During week-end there is an extra payement of 10 euro per night.

- Limited availability.

- Reservation guaranted with credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- The reservation can be cancelled until 10  days before your arrival date without any fees.

- In case of late cancellation or no-show the first night booked will be charged.

- In case of earlier departure a penalty charge of the entire period booked and confirmed is incurred
